Kelsira is an AI-powered review platform for e-commerce stores. Instead of taking a customer's star rating at face value, our AI reads the actual review text and scores it based on what really happened — so a customer venting about a shipping delay doesn't drag your rating down, but a real problem that keeps showing up across reviews gets flagged and penalizes new reviews until you fix it. Nothing is ever hidden, edited, or deleted — every AI rating is auditable and explainable. Store owners get an embeddable widget (15+ layouts), an AI Consultant that surfaces recurring operational issues before they hurt more reviews, and CSV import to bring reviews you already have on Google or Trustpilot and get them fairly re-scored. Frequently asked questions about Kelsira

Is the AI biased toward making businesses look good?

No. It scores in both directions — a review can score higher than the customer's star if the text describes something better than the angry star suggests, or lower if the text describes something worse than a generous star suggests. It's not a tool to make bad reviews disappear or look better than they are.

Does this replace my reviews on Google or Trustpilot?

No — it's a separate widget for your own store, not a migration. You can optionally import reviews you already have elsewhere (via CSV) to get them re-scored and shown on your site too, but nothing gets removed from where they already live.

Is this AI-generated fake reviews?

No — the opposite. Every review is written by a real customer. The AI never writes or invents review content; it only reads what a real person wrote and scores it. "AI-powered" refers to the scoring, not the reviews themselves.
