Driftto

The idea shows up in the car. It belongs in a project board, not in your head. Opening the right app and finding the right project takes too long, so you do what everyone does: you email yourself.

Then tonight, after dinner, you sit there moving your own emails into the right apps. Every thought gets handled twice. Once to catch it, once to file it.

Driftto is the shorter route. One screen, keyboard already up. Type the thought, speak it, or photograph it, pick where it goes, and send. It is in the project, on the list, or in a teammate's inbox before you put your phone away.

Where it lands

Apple Reminders, Notion, Email, Todoist, Asana, Google Tasks, Linear, Jira, Trello, Wrike and more. A destination is set up once, with the right project and the right fields, so there is nothing to decide at the worst possible moment. Pick one destination per capture, or several at once.

Built for the handoff

The sharpest version of this problem is not your own forgotten note. It is the thing you meant to pass to someone else: an assistant, a colleague, a client. Route it straight to their board, their list, their inbox.

Hands full

Say "Hey Siri, new capture in Driftto". Siri asks what the thought is, sends it, and tells you where it landed. The app never opens, so it works through AirPods with your phone in your pocket.

What it does not do

No rewriting, no summaries, no second library to keep clean. There is no inbox here to process later. Every capture reports its own status, and one that leaves while you are offline waits on the phone and goes out by itself. Captured text and photos are never stored on Driftto's servers. Voice is converted to text entirely on device.
